# API reference

Full interactive reference documentation for the Admoji Open API, generated from our OpenAPI 3.0 specification.

## Base URL

```
https://openapi.responsecrm.com
```

All requests use HTTPS and return JSON. Authentication uses the `Authorization: ApiKey ...` header — see [Authentication](/authentication).

## What's here

The reference below covers every public endpoint grouped by resource:

* **Customers** — create, update, query, and delete customer records
* **Products** — catalog items, variants, and pricing
* **Subscriptions** — recurring billing plans, proration, and trials
* **Orders and transactions** — signup, upsell, and refund flows
* **Fulfillment** — shipping, tracking, and fulfillment status
* **Payments and processors** — charge, refund, and processor connections
* **Webhooks** — event subscriptions and payload schemas
* **Sites, groups, and charges** — configuration objects that scope other resources

## Try it live

Use the **Try it** panel on each endpoint to send authenticated requests directly from this page. Enter your ApiKey once and Fern's API Explorer remembers it for the session.

> **Note**
>
> The Explorer targets the production URL (`openapi.responsecrm.com`). Use a **test** ApiKey while integrating.

## Required headers

Every request must include:

| Header            | Value               | Notes                                 |
| ----------------- | ------------------- | ------------------------------------- |
| `Authorization`   | `ApiKey <your-key>` | See [Authentication](/authentication) |
| `Idempotency-Key` | UUID (POST only)    | See [Idempotency](/idempotency)       |
| `Content-Type`    | `application/json`  | For requests with a body              |
